Anna began her career at AES as an intern and, after the internship ended, joined the company on a permanent basis. To Anna, this served as proof that AES values its people and is dedicated to preserving and developing talent.

As a Human Resources Operations Analyst, Anna works with scholarship processes, department KPIs, job descriptions, the organizational climate survey and climate committees, and updating and monitoring our internal systems.

Anna says that she is very proud to work at AES Brasil and feels a lot of affinity in the way the company works and with the company's policies.
